Ordering Information
All of our handcrafted jewelry is made to order.  Orders can usually ship between three – four weeks.  At the time of order, we will notify you on the turn around time.  To request expedited service please call (650) 906-5332 or email laurengraciajewelry@gmail.com.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we suggest that you be sized by a jeweler in your area to insure an accurate fit.

Rings are final sales and non-returnable.

Exchanges & Returns
Our customer’s satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Jewelry may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit.

Please call (650) 906-5332 or email laurengraciajewelry@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

All items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. Make sure to write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

Domestic Shipping
All jewelry is shipped USPS with insurance. If you prefer another carrier or would like expedited shipping, please contact us for details.

International Shipping
At this time orders placed through the website can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states.
